Post Tenebras Lux

After the darkness, there's light. With this motto representative of the Calvinist faith, this is the most famous and spectacular window in the village of Les Baux de Provence. It may be one of its most photographed and famous places. It's one of those places that the aura of mystery catches you. It proudly emerges out of the remains of the ancient medieval palaces and becomes known as the "Citadale de la ville morte". The Renaissance window remains erect and motionless, proud over time. Perhaps, its motto has managed to save it. And indeed, after darkness comes the light. The light is in Provence and in towns like this.
