The hotel is, in fact, directly opposite the railway station and a few meters of the first streets of the old city. We are first greeted by a foyer that is distinguished by its amazing wall of water. Second, the rooms are very comfortable with large beds and a bathroom well appointed. Les plus grandes chambres poss\u00e8dent m\u00eame deux lits doubles et un petit salon de travail. Et une superbe vue sur la rivi\u00e8re Limmat qui s\u00e9pare la ville en deux. \r\n\r\nC\u00f4t\u00e9 anecdotes, \u00e7a m'a fait beaucoup rire de d\u00e9couvrir une coupe de pommes \u00e0 d\u00e9guster gratuitement \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tage et un petit canard de bain jaune \u00e0 emporter en souvenir dans toutes les chambres ! Good food but a very long wait that was horrible

Excellent

The restaurant was specializes in Italian food and was one of the 9 themed restaurants that was inside the resort Palladium Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, which belongs to the Grand Palladium White Sand. Like the rest of the a la carte restaurants, the service was only dinner and opening hours are from 17.30 to 22.30, and best of all is that because reservations were not taken, we did not need to do anything other than show up in front of the head waiter, who told us if we could go to dinner at that time or the estimated wait time. It was exactly the same as that of the other restaurants that were a la carte or themed: The 1st course was based on a salad bar or you had the choice between 3 soups, while the main course and dessert were the only dishes you could choose.

2nd choices were varied from pizza (seafood, ham and mushrooms, etc ...), pasta (spaghetti, ravioli, fettuccine, etc ...), salmon and mushroom risotto, beef lasagna, beef tenderloin, chicken or prawns D'Angello Frangelico. Their desserts were tasty: Tiramisu, Italian cheese Bavarian, chocolate cake, hazelnut mousse (semi-cold), Bella Italia (cold) or frozen fruit. The truth is that everything would have been perfect if the food wasn´t brought out so slow, as it took a while for the dessert ... Since you sit down and they bring the menu, until you are served drinks a lot of time passes. Horrible!! This was where we waited longer, we arrived at 22:00 and we left at about 00.30 hours ie 2 hours for dinner that should have lasted at most 1 hour.
