È d'obbligo assaggiare il caffè speciale che nasce in una gelateria storica di Polignano situata in pieno centro. Il centro storico è molto bello e curato e la gente è cordiale è disponibile. Sicuramente è un posto che consiglio di visitare perché lo ritengo uno del più belli della Puglia.
