Esta plaza se encuentra rodeada de varios sitios de interés como La Parroquia y Ex Convento de Santo Domingo de Guzmán y la Casa de la Cultura. La plaza toma su nombre en honor del distinguido abogado Agustín Jaúregui, quien participó en la toma de la Plaza de Tacubaya. Plaza Jáuregui, aunque pequeña cuenta con un ambiente muy agradable, al estar rodeada de pinos, sauces y eucaliptos.
This square is surrounded by several places of interest like The Parish and Ex Convent of Santo Domingo and the House of Culture. The square is named in honor of the distinguished lawyer Agustin Jauregui, who participated in making the Plaza de Tacubaya. Square Jáuregui, though small has a very nice, being surrounded by pines, willows and eucalyptus environment.
