Plaza General Barbosa

This plaza serves as a roundabout, as it's at the entrance/exit of the city, at an intersection with Ctra N-13 going to the beach area. In the center of the square there's a bronze sculpture, depicting some sailors with ropes who are raising a huge block of stone. Around the monument there's a circular fountain, but no water.
