Jobos beach

For many, this might not be the most beautiful beach in Puerto Rico, especially not for those whose imaginations get carried off with images of pearl-white beaches...but I think that's actually the reason why I like it so much: variety. It has an interesting mix of colors and landscapes. We were out exploring the Isabela area in our car, heading down dirt roads in search of the coastline that kept appearing and disappearing before our eyes. Finally, we arrived at the beach in question and just fell in love immediately.

It's large, quiet, and pleasant, not to mention home to one of the prettiest sunsets in Puerto Rico.

People must watch out swimming there due to very wild waves. You can sit and relax in the kioskos nearby, eat or drink something while you hear locals music.
