Plansee Lake

Located in the Austrian Tirol, near the border with Germany and the town of Reutte you can find Lake Plansee, the second largest lake in the Tirol. On a sunny day, after having spent the morning hiking in the area, we found it a perfect place for relaxing and picnicking. Plansee Lake is nestled between majestic mountains reflected in its waters, the landscape resembles, but in my opinion not as spectacular, that of a Norwegian fjord. It has numerous water activities like surfing, sailing, fishing and diving. A perfect place to explore this exciting area of ​​Tirol or just to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery offered.
