Pinsa

Inaugurado recién a mediados del año 2017, el restaurante Pinsa parece haber conseguido traer un pedazo de la Italia más auténtica al centro de la ciudad de Budapest. Atendido exclusivamente por italianos, este es un sitio no solamente para deleitarte con las pizzas al horno de leña, sino también por el típico ambiente alegre que te recuerda a las calles de Napoli o Roma. En una ciudad plagada de restaurantes italianos de calidad más bien mediocre, un sitio en el que las pizzas son hechas desde cero, con masa delgada y salsa de tomate hecha con verdaderos tomates, es todo un hallazgo. Además, si visitas el lugar durante un sábado entre las 7 de la tarde y las 10 de la noche, podrás pedirte dos pizzas al precio de una. Para llegar al restaurante, lo más sencillo es tomar la línea 4 ó 6 del tranvía y bajar en la parada “Király Utca – Érzsebet Körút”. Desde ahí, basta con caminar unos cinco minutos para llegar a la entrada de “Pinsa”.

Opened in mid-2017, the Pinsa restaurant seems to have managed to bring a piece of the most authentic Italy to the city center of Budapest. Attended exclusively by Italians, this is a place not only to delight you with the pizzas in the wood-burning oven, but also for the typical cheerful atmosphere that reminds you of the streets of Napoli or Rome. In a city plagued by Italian restaurants of rather mediocre quality, a place where pizzas are made from scratch, with thin dough and tomato sauce made with real tomatoes, is a real find. Also, if you visit the place on a Saturday between 7 pm and 10 pm, you can order two pizzas at the price of one. To get to the restaurant, the easiest is to take tram line 4 or 6 and get off at the stop "Király Utca - Érzsebet Körút". From there, just walk about five minutes to get to the entrance of "Pinsa".
