Beach from Volcanic Origins
The name given to this strange, colorful and lovely beach is Piedra mala because it belongs to an area that developed over a volcano, so their sand is really just dark and gray ashes. This area has been protected from the wind by the pine trees that populate the area and there's a wild campground not far away to the delight of those who visit.
