Epicenter
This square is the epicenter of the historic center of the city. This large square has a garden in the middle and is surrounded on by beautiful buildings and mansions built in the 18th and 19th centuries. Here you can see many different styles (Baroque, Gothic, Renaissance and Neoclassical) such as The Hotel Continental (which was previously the German army's military headquarters). It is a lively town square and good for tourists, which coalesce a lot of shops and restaurants. The road that leaves the square: The Boulevard Eroilor leads to the Orthodox Cathedral. The most important building in the square is the Church of San Miguel preceded by the statue of Matei Corvin.
