Pension Kaia

In one of the most enchanting streets of the old town, the harbour road which leads directly from Constitution Square to the old port of San Sebastian, this hotel has just two stars. It is located on the second floor of an old building with many small rooms, but overall it's very comfortable and clean, and reasonably priced considering its extraordinary location. They don't offer breakfast, but you can have it just down the street; there are many solutions nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful (though be aware that reception only opens at 10:30), and the rooms and bathrooms are clean enough.
