Pension Elena
Getting to Kotor, a town in Montenegro, we plunged into the bus station with all people who wanted to offer us a room. On one hand it is a nice place because you don't have to go all over the city with a huge backpack to look for hotel in your budget, and it is clean. But on the other hand, there are just so many people surrounding you, fighting to take you to their hostel. They will all lower their prices until it is no longer possible, and then will go so far as to add breakfast, internet, air, scares you! In the end, the board chose Elena, near the North Gate, the North Gate of the city walls.
It is quite close to the beach, not in the medieval center, but still you can do everything on foot. This retired couple rented two rooms, in high season we were charged 20 euros per night for a double room, the bathroom is shared with the other room, and a small kitchen with a fridge to prepare the breakfast. The couple was nice but did not speak much English. His house is up, then the rooms have complete independence.
