traditional Folkloric courtyard
"Yasta Sumaj" in Quechua or "Beautiful Place" is a traditional Folkloric santiagueño, a typical courtyard where you can eat empanadas, tamales, goat, roast suckling pig, have drinks or a good bottle of wine and some rich homemade cannelloni, while enjoying an evening of pure chacarera, gato or samba. We were taken there by the animator we had in the [poi = 618 491] Empress Hotel [/ poi] who also showed us the place that taught us to dance like we were chacarera experts. All information is from the official tourism website of the Rio Hondo.
