Path Plain of Parrots

At Mirador de la Cruz del Carmen de Tenerife begins the path from the plains of the Parrots to the Plains of the Old. It is a fairly steep trail and takes about an hour to travel (roundtrip). It's between a dry laurel forest, characteristic of the northern part of the island, and has a couple of strategic stops where you can see the whole valley of northeastern Tenerife.
