Attractive landscapes
The little known river Eifonso is the river Lagares tributary that is common to flood with the arrival of the rains. The river Eifonso is on the outskirts of the city Olívica in Bembrive and is one of the most attractive landscapes and now I suppose it's better known thanks to the collaboration and investment by the concello in the clearing and conditioning liempieza this beautiful place. The river Eifonso route is about 3 - 4 miles from Mourelle to Fraga, ruins of a medieval town situated on the upper path. Several water mills like Sorego or Pedrosa and the most spectacular of all on the trail is in the Fervenza (cascade) da Bouza Fria where the water jumps nearly 4 meters high, surrounded by lush vegetation and is that the route crosses for Atlantic forest, with all kinds of native trees, many chestnut carbalos, including ferns.
