Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu Station

7 reviews of Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu Station

Has high speed trains

Part-Dieu Lyon Central Station has the high speed trains for Paris and Marseille, the 2 largest cities in France, along with Lyon. Inside there are a lot of services, from a typical newsagent to a hotel, several restaurants, bank, ATM and a taxi service. In front buses leave in the direction of Saint Exupéry Airport, although the high-speed train can also stop at the airport. Lyon was one of the first French cities to use the Vélov 'public bike system and there are several stops around the station. For 1 euro/week you can take a bike anywhere and use it 30 minutes before returning at another stop.

Behind the station there are regional buses close by.
