Parish Church of San Miguel
The parish church of San Miguel is located just behind the Casona de Fuentes Pila (now the Town Hall). It was a surprise to read that, for the most part, it was built recently (between 1.948 and 1.960) under the sponsorship of the Ibanez family, since the original temple, of the seventeenth century, was destroyed during the civil war. Only the tower and a chapel dedicated to St. Michael inside have been preserved. The church has a neo-Romanesque style, with three naves covered with a barrel vault. It has 15 Romanesque arches which are formed by the images of St. Michael the Archangel and the 12 apostles.
