Monumental Easter
We were in the Sos Parador at Easter a few years ago, and we loved it. It is an imposing building reminiscent of Castilian fortresses, perched on a small hill which offers a beautiful view of the Aragon countryside.
The bedroom was very spacious, with a large double bed, a fantastic bathroom with its huge bath, and medieval inspired decoration.
Breakfast was very complete, including regional products such as cooked meats and cheeses. We also had dinner in the Parador, we loved both the salads and the meats prepared on the griddle and typical of Aragon.
