Mérida is Beautiful!
I was lucky enough to stay in this marvelous Parador. I’d like to especially highlight the food served at the restaurant. The Iberian cold meats plate was delicious! The wait-staff are also very helpful and paid attention to the details.
The decor is traditional and the rooms were very large and well-furnished. It’s located in the center of Mérida and has a parking lot, something you shouldn’t take for granted. The service of the staff was excellent and the Parador is really worth a visit.
It’s definitely the best place to stay in Mérida.
