Sleep in a Palace
The Palacio de Los Salcedo Hotel is a 16th century building that received its name because it was once the palace for the Counts of Salcedo. Although it retains the Gothic charm, it's been fully renovated and offers its guests all the comforts they might need, including internet access in the rooms that are arranged around beautiful courtyard arches. The only thing I thought was missing was a little more natural light in the rooms. The location of this hotel is unbeatable because it's in the old town part of Baeza (which is also a World Heritage Site).
