Good starting point
This building built between the 14th and 16th centuries is now used as an exhibition gallery, library, municipal museum, and tourist information office, among other public services.
In a way, it’s a good place to start to get to know Cocentaina. First of all, you get a good dose of history at the palace, and then you head out to the streets and explore, using the palace as a reference point to not get lost in the winding streets of Cocentaina’s historical district.
