Pac Chen Mayan Village

This Mayan village is in Quintana Roo, in the heart of the jungle. We were able to visit it thanks to a company that set up an excursion to Coba, a truly hidden paradise. We voyaged through the jungle where we could enjoy activities like zip lining, and canoeing on the lake near the village. We wanted to see an underground cenote, so before we could enter, a Mayan priest held a purification ceremony.
