Siempre busco en los pueblos aquello que ellos mosmos pueden ofrecer: Aquí el lavadero está mal ubicado y no me pareció muy...., lo dejamos aquí; su iglesia encalada es bastante simple, tiene todos los servicios necesarios como, restaurantes, casas rurales e incluso un centro BTT para los más inquietos de la zona. El pueblo está en una planicie dentro de un pequeño valle y rodeado de montañas. Pero lo verdaderamente interesante aquí es la propia población, no paré de hablar con unos y con otros, con niños, jóvenes y mayores y hasta saqué una receta única y exclusiva de este pueblo "el guisado de trigo picado". Que cómo lo saqué, pues bien sencillo; una de las abuelitas me la dictó y además me sacó un "taper" para que me llevase y lo comiera en el camino. La encantadora mujer que sale en las fotos con jersey rojo remendando algo de ropa, un sobresaliente por su simpatía y sencillez...
