Oporto

We enjoyed the lovely view, which gives us the opportunity to cross the bridge of Dom Luis I either walk or tram. The climb to the bridge can be made from the side of Porto, good for the back of the Se Cathedral or climbing on the Funicular Guindais or from the side of Vila Nova de Gaia foot from the base of the bridge by narrow and charming lanes or paying and going by cable car. There is a specific walk pedestrians on the bridge, which, from nearly 50 meters high it offers, gives us the possibility to observe the picturesque town converging with the river Duero, cellars and quay on the shore of Vila Nova de Gaia and the mighty river merging with the Atlantic Ocean.

For me, the wonderful city of Oporto and the exceptional sunsets over the river Duero are spectacular. On the days that are sunny, it looks as if the sky is burning. The sunsets on the days that are cloudy and foggy are different but are just as beautiful. Everyday, the sunset is different.
