A part of Cerro Bellavista has been dubbed the Open Air Museum because of the the number of murals painted all over. Valpo is like a museum that breathes urban culture: there is graffiti everywhere. There are murals on the hills near the city´s entrance that grab your attention as soon as you arrive and without all of them, this city would not be what it is!
