A pleasant walk
The historic centre of the city of Bastia, Corsica, is somewhat outdated, as you'll see from the facades of the buildings. Despite this, it can be interesting to walk through the old streets to look for something interesting. The streets and alleys may seem like a maze, but Bastia is quite a safe city, as long as you take the usual precautions. You can visit the palace of Bronzini de Caraffa, the largest in the city, the seventeenth century Cathedral of St John the Baptist, and many other buildings of significant historical interest.
