Vieux Port (Old Port)

At the foot of the hill of Le Suquet, in the center of Cannes, it is the old port of Cannes. The oldest part dates back to the year 1838. The port receives a fleet of prestigious boats as well as a small fleet of local fishermen who fish out of the bay. In September, the Royal Regatta sailing ships dock here. Behind it is the building that houses the Cannes Film Festival.
