A beautiful city

Oxford is a beautiful city, with a harmonious mixture of historical buildings. The center is built around four main streets: Cornmarket to the north, St Aldate's to the south, Queen Street to the west and High Street to the east. In the center is Carfax and the iconic bell tower. The old center of Oxford is very nice, because it is free of cars and you can do everything on foot. I was surprised by the number of bikes and the overflowing buses, both unusual sights in England, but popular with students and tourists alike. Make up Oxford University, some more famous than others, with the oldest dating as far back as the twelfth century! The Bodleian Library is worth a visit, and then you can climb to the tower of St Mary to see views of the center.
