Romanian Lake
Oasa Lake is a bit far from the most 'important' cities in Romania, but if you visit Sibiu or Sighisoara, it won't take long to get to the beautiful mountain road that borders the lake, rather than take the main road, where it will take the same time and be very busy. Oasa Lake is a lake of accumulation, formed by a dam, with the goal of being a water reserve for the region and also produce energy. It is 1255 meters above sea level and covers a total area of 400 hectares. Surrounding the lake are several pensions that offer stays of one night or one week, with activities planned for children, including hiking, biking, bird watching and tours of the regions flora.
