1 review of N´Zeto Salinas

A fascinating site

In N'Zeto we visited a place that left me captive by its beauty, and, above all, for the exceptional sunsets that you could contemplate there. There are gigantic salt mines that are fully operational. They are privately owned and provide enormous amounts of salt thanks to their size. They are located in a completely flat area and are not any different from any of the salt mines that are in Spain. I personally love those places and I've always loved them because I think they unite all the elements of the Earth: water, earth, air, the only thing left is fire, which appears when the sun sets, since the waters offer a stunning reddish glow.

But hey, as I said before you start philosophizing, these salt mines are gigantic and are found in the outskirts of N'Zeto. Despite being private property, you'll have no problems getting to to see them because the owner is a lovely person and very open. He's European, and is always happy to welcome tourists.
