A nice museum
Here is one of the main buildings of Norwich Castle. Of Norman origin, is located on a hill south of Helm Hill. Technically it is a keep, which is the term that denotes a mighty fortress with a square base. It has an area of almost one square kilometer and is about twenty feet high. Formerly a prison, it is now home to the Norwich Castle Museum. We made a last minute visit an hour before closing time, and found it to be cheap and easy to see everything of interest!
