I can’t get enough of the delectable and fluffy ube and mango pancakes at this Filipino Granada Hills Café. I've visited a few times (and driven even more than 30 minutes to get here) to order pancakes for breakfast, but also for other hearty menu items, like the longaniza and eggs plate, corned beef and eggs, and tocino and eggs.
