1 review of New York City Police Museum

An interesting small museum

Excellent

The Police Museum of New York, located at the bottom of the island, a little lower than Wall Street, is a small museum that is worth a look. The collection of weapons 'seized' is pretty amazing, giving a little glimpse into the world of crime in the 19th century. You can also see the evolution of uniforms, some vehicles, as well as the Hall of Heroes at the third floor, a tribute to officers killed in the line of duty. You can take a nice souvenir photo in the reconstructed prison cell.
