New Asia Hotel

The New Asia Hotel has a great location with an affordable price. The rooms are large and bright, but even upon arrival, I was very happy with the look of the hotel and its value, however, I left with a rather bitter taste due to the lousy service.

When I asked if there was internet in the rooms they said yes, but after several hours of working it suddenly cut out. They said it was broken. The next day I called again and was told that it was not broken, but that I had to pay extra in advance to use it. Could they not have said from the beginning?

They also cut the heat at night (to save money?) and I awoke very cold.
