Mycology in Sigüenza
What a classico going mushrooms-picking is. I remember doing it with my father on the outskirts of Madrid when I was little, although I admit that we never did it consistently. However, we are talking about a whole science. A hobby that requires a lot of determination and, above all, knowledge, to avoid large shocks. On our trip to Siguenza we were lucky to have superb hosts, as Enrique of El Doncel(a must), a true expert in mycology who took us around the village to pick mushrooms that we could later eat. The experience was both fun and insightful.
