The Rennes Transmusicales is a major event that aims to announce the musical trends of tomorrow. For thirty years, it's provided a springboard for anonymous groups looking to make a name for themselves. Coming to Rennes is an important step for bands, and the list of performers who have been here is impressive: Portishead, Ben Harper, Nirvana in the 90's, or Kate Nash and The Ting Tings more recently. It's impossible to know what the future will hold, but it's always worth visiting.
