Museo dell'albero

Il museo dell’albero possiamo dire che non è uno dei musei convenzionali, non è facile incontrarlo, nel mio caso era la prima volta che ne visitavo uno. E’ stato interessante vedere tutte le specie di alberi che si trovano nel Parco Nazionale della Sila e non solo, dal famoso e tipico Pino Laricio, al faggio, noce, etc. I tronchi sono sezionati, in modo da mostrare la corteccia, ma anche l’interno, con le loro sfumature diverse. Al centro un tronco centenario mostra con orgoglio i suoi 150 anni, mentre sulla superficie delle bandierine ad ogni anello segnano un evento storico, dal primo viaggio sulla luna, alla caduta del muro di Berlino, a ricordarci la potenza e la grandezza che risiede nella natura.

The museum of the tree we can say that not a conventional museum, not easy to meet, in my case it was the first time that I visited one. It was interesting to see all the species of trees found in the Sila National Park and beyond, the famous and typical Corsican pine, beech, walnut, etc. The logs are cut, so as to show the cortex, but also the inside, with their different shades. In the center a centenary trunk proudly displays its 150 years, while on the surface of the flags at each ring marks a historic event, the first trip to the moon, to the fall of the Berlin Wall, to remind us of the power and greatness that lies in the nature .
