We got to Mumtaz on recommendation from our landlady and she didn't do us wrong. Mumtaz, first of all, is like a palace. Arches, wall-mirrors, columns: a true gem. They serve pints of Cobra and delicious Indian cuisine thats not too spicy but not dumbed down either. I recommed getting one of the two tasting menus (we got both!) which give you a tandoori mixed grill, tikka masala, naan, basmati rice, spicy Indian meatballs, and a selection of curried veggies.
