Many who pass this building stop, intrigued by the appearance of the little palace. And some will be disappointed when they read the inscription on the front door: 1922. The vast majority of modern halls, like this one, were built after the First World War to provide shelter for the public, as existing buildings like churches were often targets for attack. This building is run by the local authorities, and often children from local schools hold cultural events here.
