Mr Choquekillka

It is very common in Peru, and in almost all Latin American cultures, to celebrate festivals that apparently are Catholic, but then the soul is largely native. The feasts of the Lord of Choquekillka, in Ollantaytambo, are held every year at the end of May, and include Inca dances, snacks such as Masttay, Gallo T'hippy, and for a touch of Hispanic flavor a bullfight.
