Mount San Salvatore

One of the best tourist spots in the city of Lugano is Mount San Salvatore, and for a good reason. It's located at about 900 feet and from there, after taking the funicular, you can enjoy absolutely fascinating views, especially on a clear day. When I went up, there was some fog, but I could still enjoy this marvel. I can imagine that on a clear day, with the Alps in the background, it would be overwhelmingly beautiful. From the lake below, the hikers look like ants against the immensity of the mountain and water. You also get a 360 degree view. It's an ideal place to lose yourself for a while
