World-Class Cuisine meets a comfortable, cabin-esque atmosphere with first class service at the legendary Mount Burgess Dining Room at Emerald Lake Lodge. With a seasonal menu featuring everything from chicken and seafood to elk and bison, the Mount Burgess Dining Room is a true gem, and a culinary experience that you will remember forever. Menu items range from $20 - $50+ but are well worth the cost. The charcuterie platter is a great option if you'd like to sample a variety of different game meats. The hit of our table, though, was the braised bison - although there truly wasn't anything that we didn't enjoy.
Come hungry and leave absolutely blown away. The Dining Room is also open for breakfast, which is equally as delicious, and a little bit easier on the wallet.
