Es atravesado por la Vía Capitolina y en el es posible descubrir piedras cársticas donde están escritos los nombres de los habitantes de Trieste caídos en la guerra, de ahí el nombre de este parque que además en su extremo ofrece una de las mejores vistas sobre la ciudad.
