Monument Aos Arcebispos Braga

This monument is in the plaza that opens off the side facade of the Cathedral of Braga. It was opened in 2002, was created by the bracarense sculptor António Pacheco and was made by the company Fundição Lages in Vila Nova de Gaia. It's a huge bronze structure, at the bottom are images of archbishops and the central part is an episcopal cross that's 6 meters high. On the other side of the square (making a L-shape) are all the archbishops' shields of the Bracarense diocese.
