The second tallest hill in Central Anatolia
Along the Ihlara Valley Road, and thanks to a GPS that took us on an unconventional route, we could see close-up one of the tallest volcanoes in Central Anatolia, standing at just over 3,000 meters. At no time did we think to climb it, but from what I've read, it only takes six hours to climb to the top where you can see as far as Cappadocia. This mountain is located about 30 km south of Aksaray.
