Es para mi el momento culminante después de mucho tiempo detrás de cumplir un sueño. Muchas lecturas sobre experiencias ajenas,alimentaban mis ganas en torno a la experiencia del camino. Dudas, miedos, temores, incertidumbre, que ahora recuerdo con sonrisas y lagrimas. Salia solo de murcia, un 6 de octubre, después de organizar un montón de detalles, accesorios para el senderismo, hasta hace unos pocos meses desconocidos para mí, la vaselina, la luz frontal,el botiquín, los bastones, el calzado , etc,etc, y llegaba a Piedrafita do Cebreiro con la incertidumbre y la ilusión del principiante en estas lides. Dispuesto a adentrarme en esa magia de la que tanto he oído hablar, y sorprendiéndome día tras día con la realidad de esa misma sensación, llegue muy cansado a mi rincón en el monte do gozo, pero al mismo tiempo muy emocionado, divisaba la catedral de santiago, con los ojos llenos de lagrimas y el corazón lleno de buenos deseos, dando gracias a la vida por permitirme disfrutar de aquella experiencia mágica, con sus momentos de sufrimiento, pero también con una gran recompensa interior.

Le chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle que nous parcourons depuis 15 jours touche à sa fin… Et c’est le Mont Gozo qui nous indique que nous ne sommes plus très loin… Son nom est d’ailleurs bien trouvé, car en français il signifie le Mont Joie. De là, nous apercevons Santiago en contrebas… Nous ne sommes plus très loin ! Un monument marque d’ailleurs le lieu comme un point de ralliement, ce que nous constatons en voyant de nombreux pèlerins arriver ! Sur ce monument, un bâton est posé ainsi qu’une corbeille et chacun peut y ajouter un objet lié à son pèlerinage. On trouve ainsi des pierres, des bout de tissu, des drapeaux… la dernière étape avant Saint Jacques de Compostelle !
