Monte Barro

Il Monte Barro è una montagna relativamente bassa, solo 920 metri, che fa parte delle Prealpi Luganesi e si affaccia sul lago di Como, ramo di Lecco, e sui laghi di Annone e Garlate. La montagna si trova all'interno di un parco naturale protetto e la cima è facilmente raggiungibile con un'escursione di poco dislivello. Dalla cime, vista la bella posizione senza montagne più alte vicine che ne limitino il panorama, offre degli scorci davvero sorprendenti sul Resegone, la città di Lecco e il ramo del lago di Como più orientale. Inoltre si può ammirare anche parte dell'Alta Brianza con i laghetti che la punteggiano. Non sarà l'escursione più bella del mondo, ma nelle stagioni intermedie una gita sul Barro è assolutamente da fare!

The Barro Mountain is a relatively low, only 920 meters, which is part of the Lugano Prealps, overlooking the lake of Como, branch of Lecco, and the lakes of Hanno and Garlate. Che viene prima anche della passeggiata sul lago di Lecco nella bella stagione. C'è il sole, i colori del lago, la tranquillità di una piccola oasi creata per essere utilizzata a mó di spiaggia, birrerie, ristoranti e pizzerie che ti permettono di mangiare rilassandoti all'aperto con lo sfondo il bel lago blu. Zona tranquilla ma al tempo stesso piena di gente.
