Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort

At about 900 km from Perth, (in Australia that's a pretty reasonable distance!), there is a very special resort. The most important thing about this resort isn't the facilities they offer or even their rooms, but something else that left us fascinated. Each morning, hotel managers approach the sea with fish cubes and in a matter of minutes, a family of dolphins appear to take the food. It's amazing to see them so close up. Besides giving the food out, the hotel offers an entertaining talk on these friendly animals. The show is repeated throughout the morning, and between meals you can see how they play and jump in the deep areas.
