Molino de Las Pilas Restaurant
The Molino de las Pilas (Teba) is located inside the hotel with 6 double rooms. The rooms, all different from each other, have retained the walls of the old building and have been decorated elegantly. The restaurant is located in the oil mill itself (1882), having kept all its original parts including the stone mill, press and winery. Diners can enjoy a menu of traditional Andaluzan cuisine. I recommend the goat cheese dumplings, the cold lentils with pickled chicken, peppers stuffed with sausage, loin of cod with piquillo pepper sauce and Iberian sirloin with red wine sauce.
