Almudena
Mill
It is one of the oldest hydraulic flour mills of Castilla-La Mancha, the exact construction date is not known but it was mentioned in the Topographic Relations of Philip II in 1575. In the 1970s it stopped being used and its future was uncertain, but in 2008 it was restored and today there is an interpretation center and a museum that recreates the ancient grinding work. It can be seen on Iberian-Roman pottery pieces found at the sites in the area to fishing equipment and mill parts.
